Updated Christmas Sausage Rolls (Turkey & Cranberry). Added a little minced bacon fat and water soaked breadcrumbs. They were a lot moister and the taste was great.

Now, if I can add potato, brussel sprouts, carrots, pumpkin, parsnips, peas, brocollini and cauliflower cheese to them that'll be Christmas day sorted

A bit pricier than the usual Toby Carvery fayre at £19.95, was very nice though and such a beautiful spot to eat in.
