Kenny, I'd keep a low profile if I were you...[b said:Quote[/b] (Kenny @ Feb. 22 2005,16:59)]this must be big news if the front page is going to be updated
and I certainly wouldnt use as my avatar an image linked to my own website!!![b said:Quote[/b] (Kenny @ Feb. 22 2005,17:08)]Kenny!?!?! - I don't know who that is, I am Rory B. Bellows the brazilian fishermonger.
Mole's Diary.[b said:Quote[/b] (Kenny @ Feb. 22 2005,14:47)]quite strange you say that unregistered one,
Sufc-in-the-prem said something about putting the clips onto DVD to which I quipped that FLPTV/Sky would sue me into the middle of kingdom come if that happened and the next morning this has happened....
Going back to Artful shrimpers point - I think the BBC website have that virtual replay feature using shockwave/flash as a kop-out that they can't stream the footage.
Would you like some cheese with your whine?[b said:Quote[/b] (Guest @ Feb. 22 2005,17:10)]How about having a story about our football team on the front page? Just a thought that perhaps some people would like to read about the team they support rather than some little campaign ran by a few people on shrimperzone
Sorry, this was supposed to be posted in the "Mole's Diary" section of SZ.[b said:Quote[/b] (sufcintheprem @ Feb. 22 2005,17:11)]Mole's Diary.[b said:Quote[/b] (Kenny @ Feb. 22 2005,14:47)]quite strange you say that unregistered one,

Day 370.
After over a year of posting and near 1500 posts, I have finally managed to infiltrate Shrimperzone in anticipation of some possible future breaches of copyright. Time to report back to Sky and FLPTV. Damn, dodgy line. Will have to update later.
How about the campaign wasn't ran by us, but by the Football League threatening us. How about we should make everyone fully aware of the damage potentially caused by a stray link on a thread?[b said:Quote[/b] (Guest @ Feb. 22 2005,17:10)]How about having a story about our football team on the front page? Don't you think it's quite something when the football league gets involved?[b said:Quote[/b] (Guest @ Feb. 22 2005,17:23)]How about the site starts reporting on matches on what is turning out to be our biggest season in many long depressing years.
My point is you have warned everyone, fine. Hopefully no one will do it again. Why run a front page story on it?
I bet that story goes up before anyones match report.
You lot are constantly asking for match reporters. Whats the point when it isnt going to be published.
When I mention little campaigns I include the one about the Mayor. So what? A big fat so what
As subtle as a sledgehammer but maybe he has a point in as much as the news pertains to the forum but not strictly Southend.[b said:Quote[/b] (Napster @ Feb. 22 2005,17:27)]Don't you think it's quite something when the football league gets involved?[b said:Quote[/b] (Guest @ Feb. 22 2005,17:23)]How about the site starts reporting on matches on what is turning out to be our biggest season in many long depressing years.

Match reporting, fine- everyone's quick to criticise but slow to help. FWIW, we may have had a small hiccup earlier this year, but we are writing match reports as quick as we can.
You lot? I hardly think it's worthwhile creating a them versus us here.
So what? Well, 200 people disagreed....
Hmmm. Well, it was about Southend highlights posted on a Southend message board, by a Southend fan.[b said:Quote[/b] (sufcintheprem @ Feb. 22 2005,17:30)]As subtle as a sledgehammer but maybe he has a point in as much as the news pertains to the forum but not strictly Southend.
