sounds good to me, get signings done Mr brown:smile:6 signings sounds okay to me - 1 or 2 central defenders perhaps and 3 strikers plus a different type of midfielder who can twist and turn with the ball.

Panic not everyone, I've run several simulations (i.e. played FIFA 15 a few times) with the following line up:
Bentley
White Laing Barrett Coker
Worrall Leonard Bobby Reid Banton
Cassidy Robinson
Comfortably beat Chesterfield 4-0 (Reid, Cassidy, Robinson x2), Sheffield United 4-1 (Robinson, Cassidy, Weston x2) & Col Ewe 3-0 (Robinson, Banton, Leonard).
So all we need to do is sign Laing, Bobby Reid, Banton, Cassidy and Robinson. There you go Brown, easy! :winking:

What happens when you put Bolger in for Laing?
Too late, we released Banton today, I thought he was a defender as well....
Be nice to have a McAlinden back in the teamBecame Southend's all time highest top scorer when I signed him on FM. Class class class.
I believe the Playstation spontaneously combusts.

Chubby Checker would have been perfect !
Perhaps we can get Bill Haley instead ................:nope:
Which comes in at 150k per match which would mean requiring gates bigger than our capacity to maintain the current status quo of losing a million a year....I wonder where we will sit in League 1 in terms of salaries we pay and whether we will drop into the bottom half of payers? That will affect our capacity to bring people in other than the aged , young kids stepping up, or players on loan?
Looking at 3 different sources the average pay at League 1 level seems to step up to between £1700 - £2500 from £1300 - £1,500 in league 2. Other sources suggests £67, 850 instead of £49,600 , although both figures seem high? Where's Shaun Goater when you need him? and Cambridge must have come up with some offer to BBBC?
Joking aside 25 players on just £ 300 more than what we normally pay would be an extra £7500 p.week? Food for thought or carp figures, not sure!

Reading Barry Corrs more detailed account and Phil Browns latest musings it does confirm we are slug like when it comes to getting any deals done. However Clean sheets says we are now looking at 5 forwards including Joe Pigott, I hope it's not just staring at picture cards and we actually manage to get on and do something relatively soon?
