Don’t think the Lincoln keeper is coming back and this signing will be good competition for Collin but also someone he can learn from. EJ is mid 30s but still fit and can play for a few more years yet and help develop Collin. Justham is one of the best in the league if not the best with the ball at his feet and this is defo an area that Collin needs to improve. Think its a very good signing if/when it happens

Great addition with Justham experience will be vital for Collin imo to learn off.

He is 30 odd but can still play most of the games and has been one of the best / most consistent keeper in this league for the passed few years .

I think we can spend wages better elsewhere than on Justham. Collin is a great keeper at this level and realistically we can’t have both.
Im not sure he is a great keeper. He is a good keeper but still room to develop. Im not certain the defence or Kev fully trust him. We tried to sign Justham a year or so ago and Jeacock was brought in to play games so that would suggest that the management dont think Collin is the answer. I think since Dave Martin has left Collin has gone backwards, certainly his kicking. he doesnt command his area as much as he should and this doesnt help the defence. Stood behind the goal at Brentwood you could hardly here Collin whereas the Brentwood keeper was constantly talking and shouting at his defence. Think this is where someone like Justham with his experience alone can help. I do like Collin and been happy with him of late but just feel he can get better and do so by learning from more senior pros like the Dave Martins and Justhams of the world. Think this signing will have very split views.

People will bemoan it (that's unlike the zone) but I think it's an astute signing if it happens. It cannot be underestimated how much Dave Martin influenced not only Collin, but the defense around him. Justham will bring similar experience to that position. He knows this league inside out and has played against every type of opposition at this level. That is priceless.

Yes we need to strengthen in other areas but this management team and COSU aren't going to sanction a move for a goalkeeper if they weren't going to recruit in other areas too. To be in a position where we could potentially have one of the best young keepers and one of the best senior keepers in the league at our club, shows how far we've come since COSU have taken over.

I don't see anything split about it. You've highlighted all the pro's above
