My view too and hope am wrong, but Sandat for 4 weeks feels very much like doing us a favour to fill the one striker slot we need filling, not floodgates open due to embargo removal.

Its a body in but hardly a Cardwell replacement type player. Would prefer the lad Waldron. But guess Sandat did ok last year and been training at a Championship club so would hope he has gained a bit from there and if Cardwell is 70% fit can come off the bench i suppose

All debts HMRC and all football debts have to be cleared for embargo to be lifted, with Ron stalling allegedly with council on amount of affordable homes in new FF 500 from RH, then the assurances for the Consortium just aren't going to be on place today for everything to be paid, cleared, confirmed and sanctioned by the NL to lift it.

We were told its all agreed between council and Ron. that was an "official" statement so I wouldn't take to much notice of rumours to the contrary. We were also told that this gives "sufficient confidence" for Ron to complete the takeover. So let's hope we haven't snatched defeat from the jaws of victory and can at least get the embargo lifted today..
