so let's carry on what's served us so well in the past, absolutely nothing and allow ourselves and our club to be taken from mugs. Orient, Oldham, Charlton, Blackpool, Bury, even Wrexham to name just a few actually did something.

A divided fan base is what has occurred in the past.

It's not about what actions are taken by any one individual. Fans have to unite - and that means respecting every opinion and not criticising.

If you have not got the money to sustain a football club you should not be the owner. For untold years now the cash problems have always been the same and one mans greed of just seeing our club as his personal Yellow brick road to fortune kicks us nearly every time we see a little light on the pitch at the end of the tunnel.

How he has remained as a fit director of a football let alone any of his hugely debted companies club baffles me.

His Ego and narcissistic personality disorder have prevented anybody from trying to help or partner him in ownership of our ever failing situation and he refuses such discussions. His greed alone has dragged us down constantly.

We have what seems a bright future on the pitch with Tom, Stan, the management and players yet this gets undermined in one way or another most months by the so called man at the top.

It is just wrong on so many levels how he treats dedicated staff with wages etc and how he generally takes the **** out of such fantastic support from us the fans of our club.

Indeed, I’m sure it was those tendencies that led him to agree the purchases of Powell, Mooney, Husin, GSM, Taylor, Wood, Lopata, Miley, Fonguck and Wreh in recent months (apologies if I’ve missed anyone)…

If the moritorium ends then the team, coaches, Football Department and admin staff will be adversely affected.

The good work happening at the club isn't being heralded because quite simply there's too much to do, that is being done to create a lot of positive outcomes . So crowing at a time when all we see are negative headlines isn't a good look.

Please DO NOT be tempted to protest in the stadium as all will happen is good people walking away, something we simply cannot afford to happen right now. It would be a self fullfilling prophecy . Protests equals staff morale lowered further equals departures equals decline.

I know of two really positive events have been cancelled this week simply because we're scared to shout positive numbers or initiatives which run contrary to the news today. In short, judging everyone has consequences. So let's remember that as we reafirm who we are. Southend United.

WE MUST as a club seperate a situation ongoing for years from those in the club , including Trust, supporters groups and individual supporters who are moving the club forward daily.

At the club we knew what we faced when joining and knew the potential for continuing issues. We are working hard , with success that you don't see ( I've told people at the club to release successes and they won't out of fear of crowing at times when headlines don't read well ) that is and will bear fruit. These are facts that I need all of you to trust me 100% on.

It's tempting to throw the baby out with the bathwater here, and trust me, I hear you as do others, but a year of no protests has allowed a young team and coaching staff to get their foot in the door, work hard and get to that point where we ALL can almost touch a team that we can see succeed.

Wrecking that now, in my opinion would be catastrophic for the team, club, morale and forward momentum.

In the club we know the constraints and potential issues and how regularity they may come. We are not stupid.

Those people are also some of the most experienced, clued up and savvy people in this sport, and if they tell you not to panic right now, then please take that to the bank.

Trust those who've come into the club in the last year to have your best interest at heart, to navigate this period as others and to plough through when inevitably something positive changes the pattern of recent years.

In the tent to affect change or out of the tent to affect nothing. Be confident that the former will get this club into a much better position.

Tomorrow, support the team.

If you need a punching bag, aim it all my way, but please don't stop supporting the team, this is a very crucial period on the pitch.

I don't know what everybody is getting uptight about. Football in this country is not normal in any respect it is corrupt and unsustainable due to the introduction of the Premier League and all its riches in the hands of a few clubs. The only way a football club can win anything is to throw money they haven't got in the hope they can get their noses in the trough. There have been money clubs who have tried it and came unstuck. Portsmouth, Oldham to name two. How can a football club go into administration, get rid of its debts and carry on as normal with little consequences? How many clubs outside of the Premier are solvent? I doubt if there are many. Southend are still going and the only thing the supporters can do is get behind the team tomorrow, anything else is a waste of time and counter-productive to what everybody wants to achieve. Ron will go when he is ready with the club in the new ground.

I'm not at all surprised by the latest events. If people are then your very deluded in my opinion. Southend united have had countless embargoes and court appearances, history of not paying staff/players on time, in some cases never for majority of Ron shocking tenure. Ron doesn't give **** about the club and its loyal fans..... I'm actually shocked when fans defend this man, its actually laughable.

The old saying goes there always a club worse off than your own, unfortunately that doesn't apply to us! Supporting Southend has become a joke, depressing, quite frankly ****ing embarrassing.

I'm getting sick of saying this but nothing will change until this clown is gone!

I'd like to see fans from all clubs petition\lobby mp's and the league rulers to have fit and proper tests that have to be passed every 2 or 3 years. Not just before buying a club. I doubt Ron would pass a test now with his history

What about that guy that's been trying to buy the club for years and came out that Ron won't speak to him? Now I don't believe for a minute Ron will ever sell but I hate these 'who's going to buy us' posts when none of us have any idea whether someone would or wouldn't yet blindly hide behind this sentiment for some reason.

Since you seem to be grouping me in that post since I have called out the trust, I don’t think I really need to be listing everything I have done and those around me over the last couple of years.
