Just booked my Bury replay tickets , apart from having to listen briefly to the advert for the upcoming Millwall game on 3rd March , it was very very easy .

The girl in the ticket office was particularly efficient + the whole conversation lasted 2 minutes 43 seconds , including some unexpected flirting , which was nice. She said the phone had not stopped all day + due to extra demand the south upper will be open too . Tickets in the post . Job done .

So another 10 out of 10 to the ticket office , i honestly think we have one of the best services around, sorry to disagree with some of the whingebags on previous messages....

Be quick though , they shut at 5pm

15 mins wait despite being No:1 in the queue & then told the South isnt open lol

When I said its on the OS she went & checked, came back & said oh yeah it is open now. You couldn't make it up.

Bit of a wait on the phone but season tickets for the Bury game for the South Upper purchased and will be posted today.

I have purchased Brentford, Daggers and Bury tickets in the last week or so and perfect service every time and tickets delivered within a couple of days.

So what we can see in summary is that the quality of service received is largely determined by which member of staff is doing the serving.

I'm sure that will come as a real shock to any employers reading this.

Went down this morning to get my tickets for the Bury game. There appeared to be no heating and the staff were working with their coats on!!.
