He has now had three cards none had worked ,i asked when he wil get a new card as over the last few weeks his been given a paper ticket, the woman just shrugged her shoulders and said the card machine still isnt working. I then asked jokingly asked if he wil get it before the end of the season to which she replied i dont know, that wont post out his ticket so i have to queue each week

Mine worked saturday for the first time this season,i must have had 5 replacements.Did we get the ticketing system from a dodgy bloke in the market?
I have heard from the club that Bury tickets are available from the ticket office .
The office is a joke, do they & the decision makers at the club not talk to each other? And who was the argumentative woman in there after the game last night, right attitude she had.
They managed to sell the seat I was in twice & did that to quite a few seats so I hear. She said it was impossible & couldn't happen, but clearly it did. When I asked her why they were holding STH seats for Bury her reply was we always do. When I told her the seat I had tonight was a STH seat, not mine & that I brought it weeks ago when you would still be holding them, her reply was I couldn't have done. So arrogant, I bet she would argue it hasn't snowed this morning.
But the final straw was trying to get tickets for Bury. She said if thats where you want to sit thats whats available, all take it or leave it attitude, fine way to talk to people. The club should be making every effort it can to sell empty seats, but if the people buying those tickets have to put up with incompetence & attitude like last nights, then it will be counter productive.
So I wont be going to the Bury game, the club is treating me as a second class STH & I'm not waiting until after the weekend to asked what restricted view seat I would like.
Oh & theres no North Bank for home fans against Gillingham NYD.
My season ticket has a mind of it's own as well, works one week then not the next. But a bit off topic...Paid towatch the game last night in the box with meal included PROPPA PIE AND MASH , all in 25 quid great value. I think for the Bury replay it's 20 quid a head including a curry .The commercial side is working well at Southend unlike the season tickets.
