Tickets I eventually ordered on Saturday were delivered today. Good service you would think. However when I opened the envelope there were 4 tickets for saturday and only 2 for JPT game even though what I ordered was the complete opposite:headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang:

My sons season card hasnt worked from the first game of the season . He has now had three cards none had worked ,i asked when he wil get a new card as over the last few weeks his been given a paper ticket, the woman just shrugged her shoulders and said the card machine still isnt working. I then asked jokingly asked if he wil get it before the end of the season to which she replied i dont know, that wont post out his ticket so i have to queue each week
My son now has had 5 season cards this year now and the good news is he got in at the last game no problem:smiles: bad news is mine now didnt work told the club i wont bother next year as spent to much time on phone or in the ticket office .still waiting for a reply

Blimey. Are there lots of magnets in your house?

Was quite amused that a friend went down to pick up his bury ticket to be told they had not been sent any and that it was pay on the day where as my grandad actually got tickets an hour earlier

Was told that my sons seaso ticket was one of 6 tickets that did not work, and that some erbert was being called in to find out why and was sent two tickets for the rochdale game. I am at the point of despair as when I went to use my seaso ticket ...It did not work. You simply cannot make it up!

My season ticket was rejected on Saturday. Got a nice strip of paper by return and was promised it would be sorted by today and a new card sent. Guess what. Why am I not surprised??

My season card didnt work this week but has been ok for all bar the first couple of games??? My ticket wasnt taken though and I was just swiped in

Not really a rant as such, just an observation, went to get 3 tickets for the JPT game the other day, all season card holders but all in different names. If I had been going to pay by credit or debit card (as I was going to) then I'd have had to transact each one separately! Seems utterly daft, and I'm sure it didn't used to be that way when Adam and others used to work there.

I didnt hand mine over as i was a bit pi..ed off at the time .steward never asked for it but the card isnt going to work next game:headbang:

Mine worked saturday for the first time this season,i must have had 5 replacements.Did we get the ticketing system from a dodgy bloke in the market?

Interested to see that others had the same problem this week.

Both my old card for last season and my new one for this, had to change cards as I moved into the North, have worked perfectly well every game; this Saturday it didn't. :nope:

I too thought the steward would take it off of me and issue the dreaded slip of paper :omg: but, no, he just swiped me through and said, 'We appear to be having quite a few today.'

Now have the sword of Damocles hanging over me for next time.:'(

Strange how, in all the years I've been skiing, never known ski lift passes to fail, and they can take a fair battering on the slopes, certainly more than my ST gets in my wallet.

The office is a joke, do they & the decision makers at the club not talk to each other? And who was the argumentative woman in there after the game last night, right attitude she had.

They managed to sell the seat I was in twice & did that to quite a few seats so I hear. She said it was impossible & couldn't happen, but clearly it did. When I asked her why they were holding STH seats for Bury her reply was we always do. When I told her the seat I had tonight was a STH seat, not mine & that I brought it weeks ago when you would still be holding them, her reply was I couldn't have done. So arrogant, I bet she would argue it hasn't snowed this morning.

But the final straw was trying to get tickets for Bury. She said if thats where you want to sit thats whats available, all take it or leave it attitude, fine way to talk to people. The club should be making every effort it can to sell empty seats, but if the people buying those tickets have to put up with incompetence & attitude like last nights, then it will be counter productive.

So I wont be going to the Bury game, the club is treating me as a second class STH & I'm not waiting until after the weekend to asked what restricted view seat I would like.

Oh & theres no North Bank for home fans against Gillingham NYD.

My season ticket has a mind of it's own as well, works one week then not the next. But a bit off topic...Paid towatch the game last night in the box with meal included PROPPA PIE AND MASH , all in 25 quid great value. I think for the Bury replay it's 20 quid a head including a curry .The commercial side is working well at Southend unlike the season tickets.

That's all well and good, but it's no good providing a decent service for a very small percentage of the fans whilst the shambles that is the ticket office continues to give **** poor service for the vast majority.
