I know Brian and Susie rushed over to the ticket office on Saturday from the Blues Lounge as soon as he was told it was one poor kid left alone in the ticket office.

Not the first time there has been an issue this season there, it was shut completely after our opening game of the season against Accrington as there was nobody to open it as the staff were all "sick" (or gone to V). Fair play to Brian he arranged to send me and some friends the Northampton tickets we were after postage fee free.

It's a mess at the moment and needs work, the new ticket system doesn't seem to be any better than the old one!

Ive just sent an email to the club like must others on here i dont blame the ticket office staff as they seem like there been chucked in at the deep end.Its just frustrating been sent from ticket office to collections then back to ticket office and qeueing up again when you shouldnt have to
Day 2
still no reply from email

I bought two concession tickets for both cup matches on Saturday morning, without knowing the prices.

I was charged £20 for them. Later at the game they announce concessions are £3, not £5. Not bothered at all as a fiver is still very cheap, but another example of incompetence.

Not the first time im afraid this happened to me at the west ham friendly sent email to the club got a reply stating prices changed on the day ,when i asked were it said that in the ticker office or website got no reply  If not always about the money its the principle

I usually get good service from the ticket office - but last week phoned re Bristol Rovers away - a disinterested voice said they did not know anything about them or when they would be available or whether pay on the day.

Phoned Bristol Rovers box office where a very nice man gave me all the details I required and my ticket was in my sweaty paw the next day

I have today e-mailed posters' concerns to Steve Kavanagh who, I am certain, won't be impressed with the Ticket Office's lack of ability --- for whatever reason --- to deal with the people wanting to give the club money for tickets.

As this is the primary method of obtaining income I am certain measures will be taken to address the issues.

Well done mcnasty. I wouldn't be surprised if he hasn't even heard of the problems.

Phoned up today, 1st in the queue, phone answered 30 seconds later, tickets bought in two mintues for my normal ST seat at ST prices, being sent out by post this afternoon

Phoned up today, 1st in the queue, phone answered 4 minutes later (??!) - must have been making a cup of tea. I take it the club do get some revenue for the 08?? number and keep you hanging on to eeek a few quid out of you.

Yes I'm sure that's far more cost effective for them than actually charging you for the cost of your ticket(s).

Just to let everyone know, I wrote an email to Brain Wheeler 26 days ago advising that since the first game of the season my ticket hasn’t work and also expressed my concerns with the ticket office and how I wasn’t very impressed that my season ticket was moved in error causing no end to problems.

Thankfully Brian Wheeler has sorted this out, it may have taken nearly a month since my original email but my season tickets now work (touch wood) and I have received an apology from him for the poor service and also received an invite to the platinum suite for lunch and complimentary tickets for Saturdays game for myself and my other 3 season tickets that I have. Quite happy with that and appreciate his help!
