I don't know what the issue is, but if I was in the consortium I would not want to be rushed into something before I was 100% sure of what I was getting.

It could be that the consortium are being cautious and that the DD just isn't completed yet.

Patience is a virtue, people, And I really don't think at this point that protesting is going to help very much.

Protests should only recommence if they are endorsed collectively by the various supporters groups who were proactive before the 'deal agreed' announcement. This endorsement would I hope be after dialogue with JR and the Consortium that it was not detrimental to the negotiations process. May be a question that needs to be asked now, if it hasn't been already for all we know!

It’s hardly a surprise people are losing patience when target dates of November 1st and then ‘should have been this month’ have been and gone.

Obviously it’s a complicated process, but when two different target dates have been missed, frustration and impatience is inevitable. Especially with the actions of Ron/Jack Martin still clearly having a part to play on one side of the deal.

Someone please correct me if I’m seeing this all wrong.
Consortium paid October and now November wages. Pressure is off the 🐀 and this has given him time and room to slow the closure of the deal.
Perhaps to try and wrangle some additional extras out of the previously agreed agreement with the consortium.
I know some posters more in the know think the 🐀 is trying to water down the legal wording over the £20m so the agreement is not water tight.
If this is the issue why has this been allowed to be draghe’d on for weeks ?

I find myself hoping the thread title is still valid for December 🤷‍♂️. Although I think the odds are better of a white Christmas, 🎄

JR apparently has paid half of the electric bill, its be stated RM said he is the new owner now so should pay half , what has been said in FB that a statement will be made prior to the match on Saturday. We live in hope .
