Who care, as Phillip, Barker and Creswell ahead of him in defence, Corr, Freddy, Benyon and Harris ahead of him up front, with Martin, Hall, Hurst and Tomlin ahead of him on the wing, so if we get 300k or more, we should spend it on a young classy central midfielder to make a huge different for us!

Sorry, are you suggesting we spend 300k on a player?

Is all about opinions and in my opinion Bilel Moshni lacks one majot attribute...Premiership class ability.

I would suggest Clohessy as the most likely to achieve CCC standard on a consistent basis.
Over Ryan Hall who has scored 23 goals over two seasons from the wing? He has also made the most assists in the league twice in a row, 38 overall. Add in that he takes a mean free kick/corner and I think he is definitely in with a shout of playing in the CCC.

For what its worth I believe Bill could play at the top.

Mosh looked agood player in div2, but the prem league and make the grade as a regular just aint going to happen, to many flaws in his mental approach to the game.
I bet ps is releaved this has come to ahead as many of us supporters are. At least we will get afew bob anyway !

Good Luck Bilel! I hope it works out for him however I think Big Sam may be harder to work for than PS. If the trial doesn't work out through football or inter personnel skill then I will welcome him back and want him to work hard until the next tap up from an agent.

Mohsni - Premiership! You are having a laugh!!!

Somebody has ideas above their station!!!!!

There is no way that he will last more than a few months in the premiership IF and a big IF someone did take a punt.

I would even say Championship is beyond his level too.

He is not very talented, cannot defend most of the time is way too petulant!!

Bilel will go the same way that most go............nowhere!!

Sorry, some people will disagree but this is my honest opinion and have seen it all before!

I mean, if we get around 300k or more, that be enough to sign at least 3 best talent from League 2 or Blue Square Premier to give us the final push for Promotion.

Interesting comments and it will be intriging to see how Moshni does in his trial..

In my opinion, the Play-off games against Crewe Alex were a good indication of who may or may not be Premiership class, two obviously high profile and crucial matches. Nick Powell looked a very promising prospect at 19 and there was a huge gulf in class between his potential and that of Bilel Moshni who is 25 on Saturday.

I tend to agree.
As I posted on another thread, Nick Powell looked light years ahead of Bilel in terms of Premiership potential and is almost 6 years younger.

So what happens when Big Stan witnesses a Mohsni tantrum and doesnt fancy him... does his agent just then offer him to any club? Or would he come back with his tail between his legs?

Isn't this covered on other threads? I'm assuming a scout has seen enough in him to warrant a trial, time will tell whether someone is having a laugh.

I do think that Mohsni is one of those 'flawed genius' type players that opposing fans (or scouts) catch him on a good day and wonder what the hell he is doing at a league 2 club.

Just cant see him having the attitude or temperament for anything above League 1 right now. Be amazed if anyone higher takes him on. Can see a 'crazy' club having a go - a Blackpool for instance seemed to suit him. Manager who likes a wildcard.

Cant see Allerdyce putting up with him unless he sees him as a challenge (much as PS did I spose) and willing to shape and discipline him.

God his agent must be a total scumbag.

....or a very good agent.

Big Sam has been after a centre back - apparently, that's why he was looking at Ferdinand at the time so I'm not that surprised by all of this if I'm honest. On the other hand, I can't remember the last time a player went from the bottom league to the premiership. I'm sure it has happened but I can't recall.

Nick Powell - A few weeks ago
