There is a very big job on to get the players in to be able to challenge and I'm sure from now until the start of the next season, the management team will be focusing on the above.

Ralph won't be here next season. Heard a rumour he has a contract in the league waiting for him.

Off topic but I've heard Ralph has already been offered a league contract to sign.

True but it would ridiculous to make a player stay when he has the chance to play league football.

I've heard that several clubs have sounded him out and I expect him to be a league player next season. I hope I'm wrong and he decides to stay as I think he is a good player on his day.

Agreed. He's far better than some would have you believe. He's not perfect, but he's perfectly good enough for the level we're currently playing at.

Matt Harold and Paul Brush were watching on Monday and were in discussion with Tony Gale (invited as part of Devonshires crew) who stated that our Number 5 looks like he would be comfortable playing at a higher level.

Harrold is a coach at Orient (and i'm sure last year was looking at Kacper so may still be in the market for a CB) and I think Brush is the senior scout for Cambridge United.
