If so this is a major failure in my eyes. Couldn't think of a better candidate to fill that RB/RWB role.

Although the only evidence I can find of these rumours is that VNL insider mug who's been throwing about ridiculous rumours for fun.

Just one small thought to add here - we haven’t had official confirmation that Ben Wynter is or isn’t a target (as far as I know) so it can’t be seen as a failure yet, if indeed there is any truth in the daggers rumour.

One very reliable poster did allude to the fact he was a target a while back, think it was after Demi snapped him last game of the season.

Not official proof but still I trust their word for it.

He may be a target, and I think your are right from memory. Whether he is the number one target or even number two who knows. Without seeing who we eventually sign its impossible to know if we are really in any sense "missing out" on anyone..
