So just to clarify where we are at, at the moment.

Staff have finally been paid but further pay is due within days. It's unclear whether this will be paid and who is paying.

Other football related debts have been paid. Again, it's unclear who paid them.

Hrmc has yet to be paid and we have until sometime after the season starts to pay existing and since accumulated debt.

There is a takeover apparently going on behind the scenes. We have little info on who or when this will happen but certain ITK seem positive.

The stadium may or may not have passed a safety check. Fans have been asked to get down roots hall this Sunday to clean and get the ground ready for matchday 1.

We have been apparently given the green light to start the season.

We currently have 10 fit players and remain under an embargo for 10 months now.

We have two new kits, that we can pre order despite not seeing more than 5% of them.

We have no clue what matchday prices are going to be in just 11 days time and can't currently buy them.

Season tickets are also unavailable online.

It's never dull is it.

Have I missed anything ?
There is one thing that is consistent, neither the club, NL or potential buyers see any need to keep supporters updated on what’s going on. We are, it appears, at the bottom of the food chain…so we wait….

Just remember that the Winding Up case relates to previous tax arrears.

By the time any take-over completes ( or not ) even more tax will be due. The longer the scumbag holds out the bigger the bill will become and some poor sod will have to pay ---- probably not Fartin Martin.

Here we go again. Do you honestly think RM is smarter than both his accountants and auditors?
In any business where cash is plentiful then it’s feasible that cash is being diverted it would be wrong to say it’s no possible but it would also be dangerous to give such accusations any oxygen unless there is proof as opposed to just rumour.

I’m thinking that I just don’t have a clear picture of what’s going on.
The whole sale process is a mess, Ron Martin is some dodgy mother ducker.
I can’t see any deal being concluded for some time to come.
Just feeling totally ****ed off with it all now.

To come out of the embargo we have to pay what is due on the WUP. It doesn't mean, however, we won't be hit by another one pretty soon after though.
Think you will find that because HMRC have now well and truly got their teeth into SU unlike times last RM won’t be able to show to the NL a TTP agreement quite simply because I doubt that they HMRC would even waste their time discussing the arrears.

You need add to that there are still a set of accounts that are still outstanding and as we know clubs have faced an embargo because of that one fact alone.

Why would any prospective purchaser pay off club debts before ownership has formally changed hands? Bit like buying a house and paying the sellers mortgage before exchanging contracts!

If your buying that house for £1 it may well be good deal if the mortgage is not that high.

The problems start when you find out the owner has some other hidden debts associated with said house. You don't want Harry the Hatchet and Razors knocking on your recently acquired front door.

he pays them and they advise him ... so he/they will know exactly how to disguise it ..
For example "cost of sales" ...

When its a case of dealing with agents - who knows who gets what .. its a mucky business

Would it not be fair to say they missed out on what ever was found when k did their DD

Are you therefore suggesting that both firms (the accountants and auditors) are corrupt, and all three (them and RM) are in collusion?

Can anyone confirm, is it time to start buying season tickets (already have mine but asking for others)/ new shirts etc. From my understanding Ron cannot touch the money and it will stay within the club? If that's the case it's absolutely time to get this kinda stuff. Obviously once the kits released
