Sorry if I have missed it but is there a gofundme page to donate to the Hardship Fund?

i don’t think Ron will much like losing £300k here or there. I’m sure the price of SUFC will now be £300001 with £2.2m of debt to be cleared. Abosolute abomination that we got here.Yes YB- court previously unfroze account to allow specific payments e.g. payment of players as the club argued it was essential to protect the clubs assets and hence in interest of all creditors including those party to the WUP. Same argument will have been used as if football creditors aren’t paid, no license, and no license we get thrown out of league- severely reducing likelihood of paying back other creditors. In this case it is particularly interesting as the sums to pay football creditors would also have cleared HMRC!!!! Anyway judge was clearly accepting that payment of football creditors should be approved, as real possibility of sale and all creditors being paid.
It means the club have got £300k from somewhere to make payment.
Very positive news in that we have stay of execution potentially until next WUP and will start the season- not so good is the other side that Ron could not stretch out the sale a bit.
Embargo remains as all creditors party to WUP not paid (although I don’t think we need permission of the court to pay them?)
Yes according to NL they are clearly stated as a football creditor. Payment has only just been approved so not necessarily as surprise they haven’t been paid today? But presumably they must be?According to CP’s tweet staff haven’t been paid and they are a football creditor, aren’t they?
Just going by what Chris Phillips said, what about this months salary will they be paid? If not then we still do not satisfy the NL requirementsYes according to NL they are clearly stated as a football creditor. That what I wanted to ask, I can spread it on my Facebook group.
If the deadline is before 31 July then if we don't pay Julys wages that will probably be next year's 'condition' to start 24/25 seasonJust going by what Chris Phillips said, what about this months salary will they be paid? If not then we still do not satisfy the NL requirements
Last court case thought Ron said sale would not be complete within the 42 days, but creditors would be paidRon was probably banking on the sale being done & dusted by now meaning he wouldn’t have had to pay out of his own pocket.
But Ron being Ron his ego and stubbornness got in the way and it’s now starting to come back and bite him where it hurts - his wallet.
As others have said - no club no sale. So he’s had to cough up again, somehow.
Let’s hope this payment and his (pathetic) apology have finally opened his eyes
Jesus, how many times are you going to keep repeating this, approval has only just been given, for the funds to be transfer.Just going by what Chris Phillips said, what about this months salary will they be paid? If not then we still do not satisfy the NL requirements
Then he changed his demands...sale will be doneLast court case thought Ron said sale would not be complete within the 42 days, but creditors would be paid
No doubt he will pay precisely what he needs to and no more- and that will be added to the sale price…Just going by what Chris Phillips said, what about this months salary will they be paid? If not then we still do not satisfy the NL requirements
Certainly sounded like a man who has surrendered…Surprised no one has mentioned Martins apology before the Judge. A significant tone shift I would suggest?
And so it should be. I can forgive a lot but non payment of wages is a line you do not ever cross. And I've told him that. Not that it made any difference.Surprised no one has mentioned Martins apology before the Judge. A significant tone shift I would suggest?
When a Company faces a Winding Up Petition, Bank Accounts will be frozen by the Court. Possibly the money may have been there all the time. Similar action was taken to ensure the players were paid at the end of June. Only with the permission of the Court can frozen money be released.Wow really surprised. Where has the cash come from? Has it been in our bank accounts all along? Has he sold something? Has he borrowed from someone? Or has an 'investor' come in?
