Ta. Guess I get frustrated with the statements that were gonna get thrown out the league, points deductions etc etc. When the reality seems to be that no one knows, because the 'rules' that the NL follow aren't prescriptive. So whilst we may suffer some kind of penalty no one knows for certain what it will be or when it may occur.

I guess Anna Firth and the trust reps at the nl meeting may know more but neither are talking publicly in any detail, so hard to know.
Frustrating this, did ask for some clarity around what was actually said, but not seen any replies yet from the Trust.

Grant Cooper ran Rylands Associates. When this went bust it caused a lot of financial issues and misery for many local leaseholders and businesses. I understood he fled to Thailand so suspect Regis would distance themselves.
Grant sounds like someone Ron would admire and want to do business with.....

Is this the same Regis Group that own the Roslin Beach Hotel??
Sort of. These days Regis UK is owned by the owner of The Roslins children. The Roslin is a completely separate entity and just a play thing for the owner.

Is now a good time to mention Ron was (allegedly) spotted at the Regis office last week?

I'm a little confused. I thought Kimura stated that Wednesday was their deadline for their offer. However, I've seen a few snippets where they are saying that Ron should take their offer but no reinforcements about the deadline. Is it still on the table then? If it is, Ron has called their bluff a little bit. I'm not complaining if it means they still might be in the running, but again, clarity is key.

The National League can’t put pressure on RM to sell, just like the court couldn’t today.
They can if they give him

They can indirectly, if they give him a date where certain things have to be in place for us to stay in the league.
