If a deal is close but note quite there I think there is a 10 day extension not 100% on that but agree don’t need that really

It does, but if bodies have been discovered during DD, it needs to be investigated. Kimura can't just pour concrete over the top and hope for the best. Frustrating and further damaging next season of course, but it is what it is. Fingers crossed though things can be sorted prior to next Weds.

Reading that, it seems like they want the FF part of the deal which is where the money is and that is holding the deal for the club up. I would have liked someone to just have wanted the club.

I wonder if its the stadium part, or the whole of FF. Didn't think the latter was available. So maybe it's just if there are going to be any 'Ron' houses in the stadium?

Unfortunately we’d have had to have RM as the landlord, or going and find somewhere else to play. Kimura want an investment, and to make the club (as a whole) profitable, hence why FF is part of the deal

The issue despite the bullsh*t - it's all with Ron. He will want all his money back which no smart business person will ever give. I feel this will go down to the wire. If it doesn't work out and the business / club goes into administration the legal implications will be huge and it's almost certain a phoenix club moment - which I doubt any of the current potential purchasers will work with.

They probably want the stadium including the residential incorporated into it. That would make sense. Not any if wider development.

Check awooga posts. I think they will want a 21000 stadium to be one of the biggest venues in the south east outside of London. That’s also the one with PP I believe
