Let’s see. Wouldn’t describe a DD exercise as a few formalities. Again there doesn’t seem much common ground as to where it feels we are from the Kimura side verses from other sources.

Yeah, I’m a little confused as I thought the Si Jackson instagram post last week was supposed to be Ron accepting the offer after Kimura’s ultimatum and therefore DD starting.

Everyone is assuming that DD needs to be completed and maybe it does. However CP saying just formalities so maybe DD has been completed. Of course I have no clue but what you heard could be on the button
