That's exactly what it is and is why I'm not getting toooooooo excited just yet. Deal agreed today and exclusivity granted to Kimura for them to close the deal. So DD starts now. Now they have exclusivity RM and the info/numbers they need to see will hopefully be open and easily accessible. Still always the fear they'll uncover some stuff though!

Before you all come for me, delighted if this is the end of the road for Ron and the start of a new journey.

That said, I can't help but wish this would be communicated through the proper channels. Not through a guys personal Instagram account.

I'd like us to be known for professionalism in the new venture, rather than the absolute nonsense we've put up with for years.

Again, I reiterate I'll be delighted when this goes through and will see you all in the Spread for a few. But just hope this level of professionalism is not a sign of things to come.

"Formalities" in this sense means the DD. They've seen some stuff already but will need to see much more complete info. They are aware that it needs to be done at a decent pace but they (rightly) won't completely sacrifice that diligence and care.

Most of the time this would be a formality, and hopefully it will be, but you never know with RM.
