Does anyone know whether Kimura are actually buying or have simply introduced a consortium of investors?
Kimura are buying - where Kimura are getting the funds from at this point is for them I guess.
Not sure it’s a “consortium”. Maybe they will share broadly….it may be a “consortium” in the sense of more than one funder but maybe corporate rather than individuals? Kimura Capital will have access to various market sources. This fits really well with their Kimura Performance business. That will help.

Apparently their business had a turn over of over 1 billion. Not sure of the accuracy or how much they are personally worth but let's face it. Ron is essentially insolvant so anyone is already ahead of what we have
