I wonder if the new owners are buying the 319,204 shares, which is 47.08% of the club owned by South Eastern Leisure (UK) Ltd, (Ron Martin).

and

the 159,602 shares, which is 23.54% of the club owned by the Estate of the late Chairman Vic Jobson

Allegedly Ron Martin has never paid Vic Jobson (or his estate) the final third payment of the agreed purchase price.

Even if Ron hasn't paid the final installment I don't think it would work that a third of the shares are not his. Depending on how the deal was worded, imho, it would just mean Ron owes the jobson estate some money

He/she has posted several details before about the sale, apparently having an “interesting conversation” (meaning they have inside knowledge as such) but preceded to post info which everyone already knew, just in a more fancy way.

They are saying “3pm tomorrow”.

Think they need to bring on the carnival a bit earlier this year, Definitely be party time in good old Southend , an open top bus ride through the town and along the seafront for the new owners to welcome them .

and a train ride 1 1/2 miles Along the pier for RM, i think would appease many on here .

Playing devils advocate here I wonder if footage of this doc has been purchased by the team behind the purchase of the club hence why the fella was very vague as to why it was never shown ( legally they can’t) was the phase used a lot
