Is there any reason why people don’t seem to believe there are people at the club that haven’t been paid?

I dont disbelieve it, just curios as i know my family have so it seemed strange

Jeez!! I never said anything like that just said I found it strange, reign it in for Christ sake, all i was trying to figure out mainly was it the staff or mgmt as that would incur a penalty from the NL.

Just because some havent doesnt mean they all haven’t, just because some have doesnt meant they all have and I NEVER said anything different.

This sums up why people don’t necessarily believe it as no one can prove it and when asked what sort of job they do or what area they are it’s all I’m not divulging. It’s always one of my friends hasn’t been paid blah blah but others who have family working there say their family have been paid.

You are 100% right, but people then assume that its the same for all involved and thats why i was trying to get an understanding, will refrain form posting on this topic now re my family as clearly some dont get what i was trying to do

I could put a picture of their payslip up but think thats unfair

I don’t know how it’s possible to prove it, I’ve got an awful lot right about players recently so I guess if you want to be that naive then that’s your choice

And thats not what i said at all, i was stating form the opposite viewpoint form my info so was trying to get an understanding. I am not an ITK and thankfully so all i want is to have a ful picture. Defo not trying ot e someone who has insight and barber favour on a forum for sure unlike some, so i have o info to take away form the board so happy to post on all topics but wont share info re family being paid or not on this or any other thread going forward (this was a first time and last time for me)

The main reason is we don’t like people who have good contacts and inside information. We like to dismiss or troll them…… Above all we will never apologise when they are proved right but leap on any Mussa type changes as some sort of justification of our sneering comments.

Can we all just take a break here please. This thread was put back into ChitChat to raise more awareness of a potential financial issue within the Club. We already know that the Club are struggling for cash flow during the close season and we have now had feedback from some Zoners that believe some wages have not been paid and others that believe they have.

The Shrimpers Trust have stated that they will be raising wage delays with the Club at the next liaison meeting and hopefully we will get an update from them then.

So rather than argue who is right or wrong just accept that this is all ongoing and this thread will be the centre for news as and when we know more. Personal stuff will get deleted as it's just too hot. Thanks all.
