Some Club Staff Salaries Late/Embargo Chat - now resolved (for now)

The main reason is we don’t like people who have good contacts and inside information. We like to dismiss or troll them…… Above all we will never apologise when they are proved right but leap on any Mussa type changes as some sort of justification of our sneering comments.

Thats not what i was doing riggers i was just trying to get info so had the full picture, people need to be far less sensitive and take things to personally

A fair summary of ALL of the info on this thread would be some non-playing staff have been paid and some non-playing staff haven’t for June.

How many have and haven’t and what departments, we will probably not get to the bottom of.

Bottom line is there does appear to be payroll issues yet again, it’s not acceptable and must be sorted before absolutely anything else.

In your opinion maybe. I would imagine that as the Club are making no sort of statement about anything on here (and why should they?) then it would not be correct for employees to publish anything, as is the case here.

I myself no longer post much inside info as i had the same including from a Col U troll.

I had a good chat yesterday with one of the club sponsors…… Some very interesting stuff but it won’t be going on here….. For the above reasons.

Fair enough, RHS , by the way I did my very best to try and keep the Shrimpers Trust out of the firing line but now they have entered the fray I suppose we shall just have to leave it to them to sort this mess out from now on in .It is clearly your opinion that they are the best placed people to do so .

Exactly. And when we ask who exactly hasn’t been paid we are told it’s not possible to share. So why should you be expected to share?

All it shows is that claims that all staff other than first team management and players haven’t been paid is untrue.

So we, after many posts on a thread somehow promoted from the Finances section, are back to the rumour that some staff, but we don’t know who/which roles, have not been paid/paid in full. Which is pretty much where we started.

The moving of the thread, however, has had the effect of generating more traffic if not light.

Wages are still owed for June 2 weeks late at the moment and been told to expect the same again for Julys

This is **** poor. Especially when the club are making signings on higher salaries which are being paid.

More specifically close season cash flow issues. Of course we already know this from the clubs comments on season tickets and wanting to avoid credit card payments, so never was a secret. It’s difficult to believe Tom isn’t very much on the case- and again the situation is very likely to ease when gate receipts start coming in..
