ok, my turn to say it......

source?
I think he was talking about the make of jam on his toast. He usually has Hartleys but has suddenly realised its Robinson's!!

Take your Pick :

Willy Gueret
Samuel Ricketts
Kevin Austin
Alan Tate
Garry Monk
Izzy Iriekpen
Steven Watt
Darren Pratley
Kristian O'Leary
Leon Britton
Kevin Nugent
Kevin McLeod
Tom Williams
Darren Way
Owain Tudur-Jones
Adebayo Akinfenwa
Lee Trundle
Andy Robinson
Leon Knight
Mark Pritchard
Chad Bond
Shaun MacDonald
Rory Fallon

I've said all along we we're in for Akinfenwa, but Robinson would be a fantastic signing.

Not too sure bout Trundle though, but if Tilly were to pull it off, it would be an immense signing for us!

Oh i so can't wait till it's announced.

Can't see it being Leon Knight, as he's ahead of Akinfenwa in the pecking order at Swansea, same goes for Rory Fallon.

I reckon it must be Robinson. If it was Trundle im sure Eastwood would have been pursuaded more to keep number 23 so trundle could have 10 for his image rights deal.

Maybe Trundle wants 9!?

Or Freddy got in quick with the 10? He's the established SUFC player after-all...

Have to say, I really can't see it being Trundle. If it was it'd be a massive coup for us, but I'm not convinced that it'd be the best value on the pitch.

Robinson, however, well, now we're talking!

I'd also not be too disappointed with Akinfenwa, and he'd be the most likely signing bearing in mind his chances of first team football next season at Swansea

Lets face it, if the fact the we are going to sign any of the mentioned from Swansea, then it will be a brilliant signing whoever!

Trundle, Robinson, Akinfenwa (even Fallon or Knight - both unlikely) will be an excellent addition to the squad.

Can we get greedy and take Trundle and Robinson!!!!!??

well it seemed as though Robinson was using us to try and get a payrise..... the thing is, although we're ina higher division, we cannot compete with Swansea on wages.

apparantly he is after 4k/wk. If swansea can't pay him that you can bet your life we can't

That said, I bet we're not paying Eastwood and Ricketts anywhere near the amount Swansea are paying for Fallon, Akinfenwa, KNight and Trundle. They might have more resources in total but a fair chunk of that is being used already and they have just spent a fair wad on Leacock who's probably on a fair bit too.

In fact, you can almost go through their squad and ours player for player and speculate that the Swans' ones are on more.

I reckon we can afford Robinson and we want him but it's more dependant on whether we can negotiate with Swansea.

i thought something was up. didn't see tilly at kingswood on friday maybe he was playing racketball or striking this deal!

we can afford 4k a week, say our wage bill is 30k a week, i think one quality midfielder for 4k a week is ok by me, as long as the figures are worked out by ron and co., which im sure they will be, i have full faith.
