Hard not to get excited however, timing is very convenient and I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he’s positioned a deal in order to satisfy the courts ahead of the hearing and then yet again the goalposts are moved once again. If it doesn’t happen before the 4th I think it’s a real possibility the deal breaks down.
IMO he needed to sort out a deal before next Tues/Weds, as despite his mega arrogance concerning everything, his getting jittery?. Probably from inner pressure by his wife & younger 'rats'?.
I think despite his laughable self imposed ego, he knows deep down that if he 'moved the goalposts' yet again, the comment 'Hell have no fury' would come at him from all angles, Southend Council included, considering Tony Cox has been involved in meetings in recent days.

Cant imagine what the supporters would do if RM doesnt agree to sell and end up in a far worse situation which I cant really want to think about.I am trying to think positively as anything else is not worth contemplating.

To what end?

I’d love for him to fall flat on his face, but not at the expense of SUFC. If Ron winning means Southend winning, so be it. The money won’t make him any less of a **** anyway miserable man won’t know how to enjoy it knowing he’s not in the news anymore 😂😂
Agreed. It doesn’t sit nicely, but it’s what it is. Bentleys and helicopters - either way he’s lived the life. This just determines his care home and kids inheritance.
