Sadlers Farm - seriously ? This is the best it can be managed ?

Come on folks, don't go all soft, let's find something to moan about.........

Like Tescos getting it's own "Superstore this way" sign at taxpayers expense!

Not aware of that one, Ill grab my pitchfork.

Surely Tescos are normally fairly visible and thus not really needing a sign ?

altho "Blues" have signs on the way to Roots Hall....

but they're not 15 foot wide like Tescos sign!

(before Pitsea turnoff London bound)

Lights are working on the roundabout as well now. Indeed the only place where there are still hold ups are around Tarpots. You can really see it beginning to take shape properly now.

Canvey/Benfleet people. When travelling to Sadlers from Pitsea stay in the left lanes. Do not be a bunch of numpties and block the right lane for people travelling to the A130. That is all.

Good luck with that one Jam :winking:

Got stuck on the A13 last night for 40 minutes at 10.40! One lane and the traffic lights looking like a disco. I was half expecting Pete Waterman and Michaela Strachan underneath one of the traffic lights with a load of dancers in the middle havin' it to the latest 12" remix of a Rick Astley belter...

Yeah, my other half did about an hour earlier. Both sliproads to and from the A130 to/from the A13 were closed, and the Canvey slip bit the wrong way was also closed. Quite laughable that the south/west bound link was closed after barely being open 48 hours!

Traffic bad tonight, queuing back to 5 bells again. Still only took 10 minutes to get to the underpass. Not sure why so busy.

The roundabout under the A127 was a nightmare as well.

Chaos last night and this morning, with a gas leak affecting the eastbound traffic at Tarpots.

Lights now up and running at tarpots and all seemed to be going smoothly this morning, mind I did leave a bit earlier than usual (just after 7am) but hoping things might now be easier.

I can see a head on at Tarpots before long, both the High Road and Rushbottom Lane lights change at the same time so traffic is going left, right or straight on from both directions but because people haven't expected that it won't be long before someone goes straight on through a car turning right from the opposite direction. I think Sadlers itself will work fine once all the lights are on and the A13 towards Tarpots has all its lanes open. They're still working through the night though.

Another deadline today which is going to pass by without being met. All they're concentrating on at the moment is getting the A13 and the link roads finished so that there won't be any inconvenience to people travelling for the Olympics at Hadleigh, it seems that the work on the A130 to and from Sadlers is a very low priority - although they're still working at night, and right at the end of my road!

Its still a long way off of completion. Cant see it being completed until end of August, although for me personally on a selfish level its at a stage where it no longer affects me, never get delayed now.

Yeah, getting onto Canvey Way is fine now. It just happens to be that north of Sadlers looks like war torn Beirut.
