Ryan hall went out for a boozy night out and was racially abused and had his own jaw broke. The bloke he assualted was hardly an innocent bystander.

The only thing Hall is guilty of is going over the top and retaliating. He should have just have walked away.

What are you advocating here? I'm not condoning his behaviour BUT apparentlythere was provocation and it was racially motivated. Was Hall suppposed to put up with this boor's abusive behaviour all evening? I shouldn't think for one moment it was premeditated that he would kick him, just a result of how the scuffle went, and the lad is paying the price...a night in Chelmsford nick won't have been the most pleasant he's ever had, and he still has the prospect of his sentence being enforced or potentially even made longer. Ron Martin has every right to be involved as his employer, and he's gone up in my estimation for doing so.

What a dreadful statement Ryan Hall has no previous convictions and had never been in trouble with the police before. You really hate Ron Martin that much that you would try to get a young mans career ruined.

neither parties pressed charges its has all come to court via the police based on CCTV footage at the time of the incident

I think Martin realises that Hall if under a contract is a very saleable asset and being a buisnessman is thinking of future profit and Hall also is a key player in us making playoffs.
