There are some places still left on the plane. I did a bit of research and the flight tax payable is £55 hence the price.

A good time-saving way of missing the traffic and a guaranteed match ticket.

I'm told there are still places available on the plane, match ticket included. As it looks very unlikely that the game will now be shown at RH. Some of you may wish to treat yourself.....go on you know you'll wish you had at about five to three on Saturday.

By the way I'm not from the commercial department.

Just spoke to the club as I'm toying with going.

Confirmed as follows:
300 quid, includes match-ticket and parking at Southend airport.

20 seats left.

Yeah but they dont like you doing the old Knees Up Mother Brown at the back of the plane .

Do you know whether Phillip and the players are also on the flight?

Noooooo! Not the Jota 146. Crank start cargo plane these days. When I flew in it last there was still grafitti on the door from one of the Wright brothers.

I have it on good authority from someone who is interested in such things that it is a 29-year old BAe146.

I doubt it. I would imagine they'd keep to their normal routine of going up the day before, possibly training at Blackpool Friday PM...
Not room for the players and coaching staff if the club are trying to sell 95 seats. I would imagine as per London Blue that players are going up the day before. Bit of a risk to go at 10.30am on match day when it's still a 90 min coach journey from Manchester to Morecambe.
