Drummed the long ball shyyyyte you know & hate into the usually tippy-tappy Barrow side already. Whole lot of hoof. He looked as well as a sentient pomegranate could be expected to. Lucky that Oldham keep losing games in injury time.

Yes,but first half was fairly even and with the O’s struggling at corners,Barrow could even have gone in one up.
Brown’s half-time team talk obviously had its effect !
Colchester fluked a win, but even with Brown in charge,Barrow might stay up as Oldham and Stevenage (Steve Evans!) are both struggling badly.

He inherits a Barrow side six points clear and with a double digits goal difference advantage.

If people felt he took over too late last season (when we were less points behind, had a game in hand on our relegation rivals and were still to play them) then they presumably think he takes over too late to take any credit when they stay up despite him this year.
 
Always the showman. Dancing on the pitch when Barrow took the lead. Yellow carded for coming out of the technical area and losing to an 89th minute goal, as Oldham close the gap on them.

Will they get another point. Could be another Brown, Molesley double relegation.
