Maybe players lower down the leagues are a little less delicate.

True, but if there was one single match that season that had the most impact on our relegation it was the game at Colchester. Colchester's confidence was rock bottom while ours was improving. The game cried out for an attacking line up and intention - so many of us on SZ were stating this before the match, we could see our route to safety opening up. Inexplicably Phil went defensive and paid the price. I blame him for that.
hmm sounds familiar, the same could almost be said about the present incumbent.

Really intrigued to see how Phil handles the last game. Very reminiscent of his time with us. Kidderminster have a very favourable away game to Southport who are languishing in the bottom half of the table, much like Morecambe were when we played them to go up automatically. We absolutely went to pieces that day and his team selection was way off too. Really interesting to see what happens.

They won't mess this up in my opinion. Southport have been in freefall since they lost their manager Jim Bentley. From a comfortable mid-table to pushing for play-offs at mid season to falling of a cliff and if season was not ending now would have been relegated. Brownie could not have an easier game and he has a settled side with decent strikers who are scoring for fun.
