I would say if the wages are similar and the players concerned are based nearer us than Barrow, I think they would stay here. There’s so little in it between the NL and L2. These are players who know they’re not going to get a gig higher than L2 so it really comes down to money, length of contract, and where they are settled.

Neither has MM ever had a small fraction of the money to get in decent players,that Brown could splash out with.
