According to the poll findings the vast majority want Mohsni to stay.

I must admit I'm in that category.

But it wouldn't surprise me if the Club announce that enough is enough.

So the majority want him to get another reprieve, But what action do you SUSPECT the Club will take?

He'll make an apology and be limited to appearances from the bench for the rest of the season. How long is his contract? Doubt he'll be here 2012/13 season.

MK his contract is up at the end of this season. However The Club do have an option of keeping him for next season if they wish to activate that part of the deal.

It's difficult, he's the most fan-friendly player we've had here for a long, long time. I was a bit angry Tuesday, but I've mellowed now and beginning to think he should definitely stay as he's OUR Moshni, even with his faults - I'd be gutted seeing him playing for any other team.

Hopefully nothing! He's as valuable to us as Cantana was to Man United.. All players are at Southend Hospital today so a perfect opportunity for some good PR.

A biggish fine and goes missing from both team and bench for a longish period, only to come back and score the goal that sends us up.

He'll serve his time in the reserves, with a few appearances to keep his hand in and the interest from other cubs. Personally, I voted to keep him here. He's mercurial, but we need that sometimes.

A few weeks in the stiffs and then he'll be back on the bench. I can't see him being trusted to start.

No he is not. With his psychological problems, his lack of professional self control, his propensity to violent response when things go wrong for him, he is flawed both as a person and as a pro-footballer. He is and will remain (unless he gets professional help) a liability.

I think its all down to the players and how they feel. Obviously Luggy/Cougho will have their view, as will Brady/Martin, but for me this is down to how the players react to Moshni. Its a blessing in disguise he's suspended for 2 games and that could save him. I do (did) love him but he's a liability and i cant see him getting another chance.

Chris P's thoughts. I think the last line says it all for me..

BILEL Mohsni's latest misdemeanour angered the management of Southend United and sections of the supporters as well. But perhaps, most crucially of all, he also angered his team-mates.

They have been becoming increasingly fed up by the Frenchman's antics for quite some time now and, for them, Tuesday night's red card at Oldham Athletic, may well be the final straw.

Such emotions sparked the bust up at the end of the game and led to Mohsni not travelling back with the rest of the team.

However, the main problem seems to be that the Frenchman just does not learn from the mistakes he keeps on making.
There is no doubting his ability but he lacks any kind of discipline and has now become a liability in the starting line-up.

Against Ipswich Town in pre-season he had be taken off to avoid a red card and Mohsni was then lucky to avoid being sacked by Southend following an amazing bust up at the end of the Carling Cup defeat to Leyton Orient.

But, instead of that bucking up his ideas, Mohsni then also went on to clash with players from Port Vale which earned the club a £1,000 fine from the Football Association.

Further incidents followed against Swindon Town twice and Macclesfield Town and he has already been shown two red and eight yellow cards this season.

Away from matches, there have also been outbursts at the training ground and all this leaves Paul Sturrock with having to make the biggest decision of his spell in charge of Southend.

If he decides to let Mohsni depart then he could anger the club's fan base who have taken the Frenchman to their hearts because of his passion.

But if he opts to stick with him, then he risks having a divided dressing room and one which may then feel that they can also get away with misbehaving.

Well, according to Chris Phillips, none of the players will talk about Bilel at the press conference today, he will be fined and disciplined and his future will be decided by the manager, chairman and players.

I think this is the right way to do it, let the air settle a bit and look at it in the cold light of day.

Bilel has apparently issued a statement of apology.

I think the crux to all of this will come down to what the squad in the dressing room feels, if the players can put it behind them, again, then I think and hope he'll get another go; if not....

It is such a pity it has come to this, I really thought he'd been showing some better control in the last few games and not getting drawn into things and he is a great favourite with the fans, largely because he plays with passion and wears his heart on his sleeve. Personally I just love to see a player who plays with a smile on his face and obviously loves just playing.

Luggy is a very experienced manager and I trust that he will handle it right, I hope the club allows him to deal with it and backs the manager, whatever the outcome.

Gone hopefully.

If the dressing room has changed, he cant play. Dont care how liked he is by the fans, you get this feeling this will keep happening if he stays and could cost the team even more in the future.

Just seen he's responded to a comment on one of his Facebook wall posts, The comment said 'pretty sure he'll be gone in a matter of days rather than January or summer' and Bilel responded 'wel done (name)' so I'm guessing Bilel isn't too confident about the outcome of today

He should be 'beasted' by the Blue Belles, made to lick the entire squads boots, and dish out a free pie and pint to every supporter that went up there on tuesday................with a serviette.............and do you know what.............. I reckon he would because that is how passionate I feel he is about playing football. After all he is French!

Should Beckham have been allowed back in the England squad after France 98? Should Rooney travel to Poland/Ukraine next summer... its up there, and as far as the current blues crop go, he is just as enigmatic as those two previous characters.

I say keep him, but needs some serious guidance.

I have watched the players train in the past and Bilel was never apart from the rest.
There appeared to be a few clique/groups but that will always be the same with a group of guys with different ages/experiences and attitudes.
I am all for Bilel staying. He is a match changer; normally for the positive! and like Ryan Hall he gives entertainment.
I have never read of Bilel not giving an honest effort and he showed some learning from the last incident AND I want him to get the chance to show he can learn from this as time as well.
I expect when he gets yellow carded again he will be subbed PDQ.

Indeed. Sending him to boxing isn't really the answer, he needs professional help. Before anyone thinks that would be an issue. Professionals work with all sorts of sports people...

I think the club will get rid of him, but I don't think they should.

It has been highlighted he was on a warning, so expect to see us cash in if possible.

The way "fans" have turned on him on facebook though, is completely unacceptable. He got two yellow cards for god sake, we have had players sent off for punching and headbutting, and they didn't get this level of abuse.

I think Bil will be more gutted than anyone, it is his carrer on the line after all.
