Not alot really. Just that all but one document has been signed off by his finance partner. Dd from council due to finish end of this month and mid may completion

Well there at least is an update re the finance partner- even if hopefully the consortium have that via the partner not just Ron (for obvious reasons)

The contract is already agreed with SBC- it’s the DD now. So whatever it was that changes, those negotiations are done? Probably at the heart of the delays though.

This was mentioned yesterday wasn't it. Only the club is being sold to the consortium at the moment. RH remains in the hands of the Martins until later.
