Well there at least is an update re the finance partner- even if hopefully the consortium have that via the partner not just Ron (for obvious reasons)
 
So Roots Hall will not be signed over until he gets what he wants from the planning/agreement from the council.

What happens if he doesn't get what he wants, rumoured to be additional properties above and beyond what is being moved from the RH site and the rumoured additional years of rental income from the council for the properties at FF.

I’m not in any way defending Ron, but you do realise that he asked to come on the programme on his own volition and answered the questions that Glenn asked pretty directly.
Would recommend listening to it on BBC Sounds.

The contract is already agreed with SBC- it’s the DD now. So whatever it was that changes, those negotiations are done? Probably at the heart of the delays though.

It’s all “ifs and buts” with him and no ownership on anything from him
