Jeremy Corbyn's Labour

I have always had a very low opinion of Tatchell. Personally, I thought Corbyn was stuck between a rock and a hard place and came out of it without any egg on his face.

protesters get beaten up at Trump rallies so I'd suggest we don't go down that road.
The other two are leaders of their country, they will be flanked by security.

He didn't stand looking lost, he said 'Peter, there is time for questions at the end'. He knows the guy, he's not going to lump him. The protest was saying things that the Labour Party have said in Parliament. It was a poorly thought out publicity stunt and anyone who has looked at the detail thinks less of Tatchell because of this.

Best not to. Now it has been proved that Democrats were paying people to act as thugs at the Trump rallies. As posted by the Zone's very own Donald Trump.

Socialist Worker wished they sold a few hundred thousand copies - I'd be surprised if it is as high as a few hundred. They are very few in number but good at handing over ready made placards to people at demonstrations so it looks like they have a big support. SWP is tiny.

Diego Maradona is 1 inch smaller but that did not stop him being the best player ever.

The new great leader speaks (to the Grauniad at least).

Bad news for Blair.Interesting to hear what he has to say about immigrants and also that unreported Telford victory (with a 20% swing to Labour).
Labour are doing very well in Labour heartlands despite UKIP saying that is their target area - no indication that they have made any inroads (EU vote hasn't lead to any increase in the party vote). Winning over Tory and Lib Dem voters is quite something else - that stays on the to do list.

It seems reasonable to me to presume that if the Tories make a horlix of the Brexit negotiations, (highly likely I'd've thought),then there is huge potential for Labour to pick up disaffected Tory/Ukip voters plus Lib/Dems in Labour/Tory marginals.Roll on 2020.

parts of middle England are being hit by appallingly run train franchises, education budgets are being shifted around with some big losers, university fee increases, A&E closures and waiting list increases at hospitals and GP surgeries, law and order issues as prison services are in meltdown, house prices meaning the reliance of the bank of Mum and Dad, business rates increases - target Tory voters will sooner or later run out of patience with May. And that is if they manage to close their eyes to the increases in homelessness and foodbanks and the cuts to disability benefits.

Hmmm, can't see many Tory/UKIP voters going for a terrorist supporting throw back to the 70's type of bloke - could be wrong mind.

and despite all of this, you're still nowhere in the polls.

And that is the tragedy of the current Labour Party, unelectable, poorly run and absurd leadership who most would not trust to look after a dead goldfish.
Lib Dems dead as a brontesaurus.
May and the Tories are making a right fudge mess of it all but the media are, sadly, just toadies.

that's where you are wrong as the Tories are still arming Saudi Arabia - a terrorist state

Yes, Labour under Tony Blair done a fantastic job in the middle east. 2m dead and counting in Iraq alone. We are all more at risk from ISIS because of the Labour leaders lies about WOMD.

Saudi Arabia maybe a terrorist state but Labour help create terrorist states in Iraq and Afghanistan.

despite the fact that the Tory government are making a mess of just about everything they come up smelling of roses coz we are even worse.
If I wasn't a Labour member for ten years i'd probably back the other lot as the lesser of two evils, but i am a Labour member so i'm biased.
and I still think we're awful

I admire your honesty,

Labour are in severe danger of dropping to third and the possibility of never being elected for 20 years, they are a complete shambles.

The saddest part for me is Mrs May and her cronies are a bunch of idiots who are never challenged by the opposition.

so what are you saying exactly - its ok for the Tories to arm the terrorist state of Saudi Arabia now because of what Blair did in the past?
