Would be a hell of a signing if we did pull it off!
Why? Because he's played at a higher level?
Good for him. Has huge potential and isn't getting any opportunities here.Jack Bridge is training with Bournemouth.

Although I was told that they were among the clubs to show an interest in the summer and the club told them they wanted £500k for him.
And that's just it, we don't know where we are with Ranger...........yet!

Pretty sure I read somewhere that Charlton are looking to send him out on loan so that they can see how he does at another club and then reassess his future in the summer. It's Nicky Ajose at Charlton.
Can't see it happening, 6 in 21 this season since joining for £800,000.
That said, he was left out of their 18 last weekend despite being fully fit and available and he seems to have been linked with a move away this month...

What's your source for this matey?
Seems like Ajose would be brought in to provide competition for Simon Cox. At 5'6" Ajose is unlikely to be used upfront with Cox.
It's a shame we couldn't play them side by side because my god the goals would flow! Browns tactics will always require a big ST to hold up playSeems like Ajose would be brought in to provide competition for Simon Cox. At 5'6" Ajose is unlikely to be used upfront with Cox.

We were woeful with that formation with Ranger instead of Ajose only a few weeks ago against Sheffield United. Not that we see it much, but a 4-3-3 formation, with Cox, Ajose & Fortune wouldn't be too bad. Fortune is good at holding up play. Yes, Ranger is better, but looks like we've seen the last of him unfortunately.
Deffo 4 4 2 and we need a big guy with pace to play with Cox, it works best... but who will we get.
