Even if we were to enter administration, the new stadium would be built. Administrators would seek the best option from interested parties. For Ron, it would mean financial oblivion.

We would likely get a 10 point immediate points deduction but there is only a moderate chance of promotion anyway.

Ron constantly play Russian roulette and one time that bullet will finally hit the mark.

Maybe tomorrow or maybe he will be lucky, yet again!
Wrong, 12 points.

Will @Mick be doing a "refwatch" on Judge Mullen? Has he been the man in the middle for any of our previous matches against HMRC?

Just in case @Mike missed it, here is some background.

ICC Judge Mullen
ICC Judge Mullen was called to the Bar in 2001 by Lincoln’s Inn and practised at the Chancery Bar, specialising in charities, companies, insolvency and private client matters.

In 2008 he was appointed as Junior Counsel to the Crown, HM Attorney General’s ‘C’ Panel, advancing to the ‘B’ Panel in 2011 and to the ‘A’ Panel in 2016. He was elected a Bencher of Lincoln’s Inn in 2019.

He was appointed as an Insolvency and Companies Court Judge in 2018 and is based at the Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice. He sits as a Chancery Recorder at Central London County Court and is a Family Recorder on the South Eastern circuit, authorised to act as a Judge of the High Court under section 9(1) of the Senior Courts Act 1981.

ICC Judge Mullen is the general editor of ‘Tolley’s Insolvency Law’ (LexisNexis UK, loose-leaf), the author of the current edition of ‘Running a Charity’ (Jordans, 2015), the joint author of the current edition of ‘Companies Limited by Guarantee’ (Jordans, 2014) and a contributor to ‘Gore-Browne on Companies’ (Jordans, loose-leaf) and ‘Insolvency Litigation: A Practical Guide’ (Sweet and Maxwell, 2021).

There’s more likelihood of me being wound up some of the drivel in here than the court doing the same to the club today. Ron, or his rep, can point to future income and confirm that works have already started. A much better position than any other hearing we have had where it was all promises and subject to permissions.

We always manage it. Can’t see much difference now.

Sweet and Maxwell sound like the sort of UK Garage act that Kurrupt FM would play.
