Administration is never in my view morally correct.
If there is a chance of salvaging something for creditors and saving a club loved by thousands then it’s correct to do so.
Despite the fact that it’s morally incorrect how it ended up getting to that point…

I think Bury fans bought the ground, club name and history from administrators so hopefully they will be back soon 🤞. Not that buying the ground would be an option for us sadly
 
Has anyone worked out/estimated what Martins profit in his share on the build of all the flats at both RH and Fossetts Farm, less the build of the stadium, section 106 requirements and all the flats constructions costs actually is?

I reckon about £50 million profit, less the £20 million he is going to write off, so his family stand to make c£30 million

So I guess for him to sell he is going to want a fairly substantial offer!
 
I might have missed it sommewhere on this monumental thread, but do we have a kick off time for March 1st. I'll be 38,000 feet up in the air between 11.00 till around 14.30 UK time, so will no doubt have an anxious flight, waiting to land and get mobile service.

I haven't seen one, but previously I think they've been in batches from 1030am

No idea. I think the target for most developers is at least 30% return. But not all of these are going to be sold. Either way he and the family won’t be going short.

To be honest I couldn’t care less if he earns £1 or £100m. I just want him to get it built and go.

That has been the issue all along.

To be fair, even though the training pitches are finished at Fossetts, the development work men have been busy there every week day since. I always see lorries going in and out.

Impossible to work out unless you know the structure of the deals he already has in place
