He's told them he's always been successful against hmrc so he feels he can be again.
He also glibly advised them that should any take legal action he would of course win!!!
I understand transfer requests can now be sent in.
Lapota is injured and unsurprisingly so is hyde. No date for a scan for a Lapota for obvious reasons but doesn't sound a quick thing.
Collin and steeeeve are still only training with no minutes so don't expect to see either to soon.
I wish I had better news to offer.
If we let in the first goal it will take monumental character to draw or win. If we grab the first, there's a chance.

Maybe he is selling up or at least handing over some control to someone willing to invest? He wouldn’t give a **** about upsetting the players in that case. I have a hunch that:

1) Players have been promised a huge bonus when the money does arrive.
2) Players have big clauses (bonuses, contract extensions) if promotion is achieved.
3) Players want to stay fit / in the eyes of scouts if in 15 days time, we don't exist.

Of course, none of us would blame them one bit for refusing, but there is a lot more in the thinking before downing tools I think.

As Paul Clark said on the radio at the weekend. They are professional players and in the end will play and give there all because if they don't they screw themselves and the club on the pitch and then if it is sorted 1st march that can't be then undone. Horrible position for the players. They wont down tools but need our support, lets show it. The fact that Ron's people skills are lacking will come as a surprise to no one.

He really is a piece of work. I hate people being treated like this, and if this is the way the club is going to be run I'd rather it really not continue in business. As much as I love the club I don't want it existing at tgd expense of the good people that work for it . Ron is clearly a psychopath.

For me the facts are simple Ron had lied about the bridging loan being secured in weeks.

He has no money to pay the first team let alone the tax man. If he’s not paying the first team he’s most defiantly not paying the current tax and so we will be in the same position in a few months time.

His position is untenable

Let’s face it - our support is rubbish. We should have thousands protesting and yet must a couple of hundred.

Protesting at the ground is useless

Protesting at his house will draw the most attention.

This is the point everyone should be saying enough is enough.

I would concede that even with the dreadful toxic state of affairs that "our beloved leader" has shamefully reduced us to, we cannot, in all fairness, really say for 100% certain, that he IS a liar...........BUT if we were to honestly and realistically mark him out of 10, for integrity, probity, uprightness, trustworthiness, sincerity, and openness.......I'd be very shocked if he topped a score of more than about 1..... maybe 2 at the most.!! For that reason, its perfectly understandable that many of us might form the opinion that he is indeed a liar ......and possibly much worse.

Your last sentence is a telling one. I've never understood, just how passive we've all been over the years, while our club sank daily.....ever lower towards the abyss. Its quite revealing that too much direct criticism of "our wonderful benefactor" invariably draws quite a few responses that (often with great subtlety) , seek to defend him, make excuses for him, deflect the issue away from him, or just implies that we don't fully understand very much.

Here's a clear message to the "In Ron we trust" brigade who so often seem to want to diminish the destructive effect of this horrible regime.............

This much we do understand....... one man, and one man alone, is responsible for the near death of our beloved club.......(clue : it aint anyone in the fanbase.)

Hindsight is great etc etc............but i wish we had tried to out him years ago. The fact that we're stuck with him......just makes it all the more painfully unbearable.
