Lets have the ba**s then to out Gower, who has not committed to stay & let Swansea waste their money on a non-tackling in & out player who can be magic but not consistent enough for me and has significant stamina failing IMO.

Don't let Foran go until situation with DG has been resolved unless Aberdeen up the ante to an offer that cannot be refused.

I have nothing against Gower for leaving. While he was great for us especially in the CCC - his form days are few and far between now. He is coming towards the last few years of his career and I can understand him wanting to cash in a bit before he can't play any longer. He has served us well here in his time and would be delighted to get some money for him.

But he's out of contract isn't he? We wouldn't get any money.

It may have been quite rash but he quite likely prevented a goal in that game. Not like McCormack against Orient, Clarke against Forest or Bailey against Swansea.
 
I'd love Tilly to actually reveal to us all what the hell he thought Foran would bring to us that was positive. Cannot believe for a second that we couldn't have done better. And to think we've been paying him decent wages for 18 months is a bit of a sickener.
 
Aberdeen FC has confirmed that the club is no longer interested in Southend United's Irish striker Richie Foran. However, as Director of Football Willie Miller told RedWeb, the reasons were nothing to do with money. Sounds as though they've heard about the fact that he's a lazy c*nt with an alcohol problem. Getting rid of him could be harder than we thought :'(
