Yes, I watched it again about 6 months ago. Also, I watched Mean Streets again, another great film and great performance by De Niro. I liked him better when he was younger in films. Not so keen on his latest stuff.

Not watched it yet but will be going to the cinema to watch the new Alien film - Alien: Romulus

I have always been a huge huge fan of everything alien from the films to comics etc….. and early reviews look very very good. I would urge anyone who enjoyed the first 2 films Alien 1979 and Aliens 1986 to watch this as its set between both of them in the time line.

I recall first seeing it on a double bill at the Odeon (in Southend) - the other film was 'Midnight Express'. Quite a combination!

Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes - The latest in the Ape films, and, in my view, possibly the best one so far. Excellent special effects and a decent story line. (Disney Plus).

Just re-watched Ben Wheatley's Free Fire. I think it's a good laugh and surprised at its low rating. Maybe I'm biased because I'm a Wheatley fan.

I’ve seen 3 of his ten films he’s directed. Kill List, a Field in England and Down Terrace, all of which were superb.

Yep, all great. Sightseers is also brilliant. High-Rise is really good, too.

Not see In the Earth yet and The Meg 2 (not seen) is a very odd Wheatley choice.

It so happens that it's one of Mrs T's favourite London Cinemas tooTell me do you still get accosted when walking to that nearby pub in Bloomsbury afterwards (or was that just a 70's thing)?

I attended the premiere of the film Senna (2010) at the Curzon Mayfair. The guest of honour was a certain Professor Sid Watkins.
