I don't think I can name another actor who's been in such masterworks like Raging Bull and absolute turkeys like Bad Grandpa. Pacino has been in some ****e, but not as absymal at De Niro.
I watched I Kill Giants. It's good though, given that it deals with fear, delusion, and bereavement, it might have been a bit heavier than I wanted with the world the way it is right now. I might need to watch something fluffy where nothing sad happens.

I think most great actors have been in some awful films. Think Michael Caine and The Hand, The Swarm and Jaws The Revenge.
Several actors have even managed in the same franchise. For example, Arnie in the terminator films and Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones.
Samual Jackson in 51st state was pretty awful and made Robert Carlyle look equally as bad.
Don’t get me started on Kingsmen which should have ended many a career.
In fact, if you want an actor who will take the money over quality then look no further than Mark Strong who shamelessly admits it.
To think he was in Our Friends in the North to some of the pony he does now is scandalous.
Bad films yes, but as objectionable as Bad Grandpa? Rocky & Bullwinkle? De Niro seemingly has no low bar he won't crawl under for the $$$s
I have to say I haven't seen either of those films. I let Mark Kermode watch them for me!
The first Kingsman was pretty decent I thought, bar the final scene which was completely unecessary.
I watched it on a plane and that was cut.
Probably for the best - I dislike the way writers drop references to certain practices into a script for a cheap laugh or to add a little edge.
I love Rick Moranis, he was great in this but even better in GhostBusters.Watched Honey I Shrunk The Kids yesterday for the first time, The FX hold up well I thought. 7/10
