Essex Cricket 2013

Just worked it out. Seems we always get a good start but always stumble somewhere near the finish line!

Good work. Did you work the other ones out as well?

It's pretty incredible that the 10th wicket nearly puts on as many runs than the first two combined.

Essex Cricket ‏@EssexCricket 8m

WICKET - Greg Smith swings across the line and is caught by the w/k for 7. Essex are 182 for 6 with Ravi Bopara on 79.

Sounds like a tailender's shot, no surprise.

237-6 ............Ravi 106. Looks as though we could build a useful first innings lead.....hope the rain doesn't bugger things up again for us. Should never have lost against Lancs.

So Smith is a No. 7 and Napes is a No. 9. Napes could push his FC average above 200 this morning assuming he doesn't get out!

Masters was nightwatchman, so it's actually worse and Smith was batting at 6.

This will be the third time already this season Napier has run out of partners. What's that definition of insanity again?

Whislt England are collapsing in the test, up pops Ravi Bopara to remind them what they are missing. Follows up his first innings hundred by bagging the Glamorgan opener.
