Apart from an EU passport I also hold a current Spanish Resident's Permit and pay my taxes here too(that includes paying around 250 euros per month for the right to be self -employed.(Unless I commit a fairly dastardly crime-or go bankrupt- I don't think there's much chance of my being sent back to the UK.(Who knows in the fullness of time, I might even decide to retire and live in the Midi with my French wife)?

What the **** are you blathering on about now? These peoples only misfortune is that they have been caught. They have been getting away with it for year and will continue to do so wherever they end up.

How much tax do you think they pay? What do they contribute to society? They still attempt to use schools and hospitals all paid for by the British tax payer, which isn't you so I don't suppose you give a damn.

I have a current E111 card.So, I would certainly hope to be able to use it for free medical treatment,if I should need it,at any UK hospital.:smiles:

Why do you keep insisting on "evidence"? The evidence has been quoted many times on this thread, exposes revealing many of them have homes elsewhere. Just because it hasn't been in a Guardian link doesn't make it any less viable as evidence.

I wouldn't call it gloating. I'm glad the law is being enforced. I don't call it misfortune either - they put themselves in this situation.

And still you don't answer.

As for me, well I pay a decent amount of tax and National insurance, employ people, have friends who I socialise with hopefully for our mutually beneficial enjoyment, donate to worthy charities and always try and answer questions directed to me on message boards.

Also, I don't steal anything ever, I don't fiddle or con people and don't riot or loot, but thats more of left wing past time anyway so I wouldnt want to get involved with that sort of thing.
