Dale farm evictions "may breach human rights"

I saw that newsclip too.At the end of his tether maybe but he still looks like a bit of a nutter to me.

And with that very comment you lose the arguement and show yourself up for the bigot you really are. You judge a book by it's cover without any knowledge of what that man has been through, he looks like a nutter so thats what you base your biase on. Stick with your misleading Guardian articles and post your left wing, brain washing ideology, it will give the rest of us something to snigger at.

Yours
Feral Rat.

I'm not biased ,though I do have opinions(not all of them which come from The Guardian).
However, I suspect that makes me no more(or less) of a bigot, than you actually are.
(My younger brother's actually met you(so he tells me) and apparently you're a bit of a loose cannon ie unpredictable).
ps If the name fits....
pps ,I'm glad I make you(and your kind)laugh.But I'd prefer to make you cry.:winking:

Check out the video and you'll see that at least 3 Dale farm residents featured in the film were on the march.
Exactly my point - over 400 people facing planning enforcement and just a few hundred supporters/residents on the march - seems like a poor effort.

And you are such a paragon of virtue(irony alert).:winking:

I really don't know what you mean. I would love for you to have to endure 10 years living next to this site and see how long it takes to get you to breaking point. I know your views mean you like to look after everyone and treat everyone fairly no matter how badly they behave, but I really do feel that you would change your view on this lot if you did have to live next door to them

I made (in my eyes) a jokey tweet about wiping them of the map and I got a tweet from someone saying:

Inciting violence and racism against an ethnic group is a criminal offense #dalefarm

I'm not been funny but when were they an 'ethnic' group?

Irish Travellers have indeed been an ethnic minority for over 10 years:

Legal definition of Gypsies and Travellers and context
Race Relations Case Law recognises English Romany Gypsies, and Irish Travellers as ethnic minorities. These do not include New Age Travellers.
English Romany Gypsies and Irish Travellers have the same rights to race relations protection as other recognised ethnic minority groups, but most rights are available to all under the Human Rights Act 1998.
Public bodies such as Kent County Council have a legal duty to promote equality and racial harmony between these groups and others in everything they do, including decision making.
Public bodies must also look to Human Rights legislation. This does not mean that Gypsies and Travellers receive special treatment - rather their needs should are balanced against those of the settled community.
http://www.kent.gov.uk/community_and_living/gypsies_and_travellers/definition.aspx

I think the lesson learned is to be careful what you tweet as it *is* in the public domain and you could be held to account. In the eyes of the law you could be classed as breaking the law, joke or not, I'm afraid.

Half of them broke the law END OF ****ING STORY as far as I'm concerned. We ALL have to live by them whether we like it or not. No ethnic minority, minority group etc etc has any right whatsoever to live either above it or outside it.

Bollocks to their human rights. Either live by the laws of the land or expect the consequence's just like the rest of us.

Bleeding heart liberals really do get on my thruppney bits

I dont remember ever meeting your brother, I trust he would also remember me being polite and approachable and really quite friendly as most who have met me would probably agree. Unpredictable? Who really wants to go through life always being predictable, I much prefer the loose cannon tag.

I can live with being called a feral rat, it certainly beats some of the other things I have been called over the years so that isn't a big deal for me.

It would have been feral Neanderthal but I couldn't quite manage that without consulting the dictionary.:winking:
ps I'm sure in real life that you're as polite, approachable and friendly as you say you are.
