Sadly I don't think the clock will be wound back. We're in for the long haul and a lot of pain.
Similar could so easily be said of remaining within the clutches of the EU.

Until people start viewing life without blinkers whatever the political views or in/out wish Britain will dig its own grave. The country has voted. Now focus on getting the best possible Brexit
Nice to know the experts think that Brexit was a terrible idea and that the Government aim to extend to the deadline.

You know, a bit more clued up than some bitter old men on a football website.
Pot, kettle, black.
Maybe....but I've got every right to be bitter as the Brexit vote was one of the most damn stupid things that this country has ever done and came about by outright lies and misinformation and will negatively impact the lives of the young in my family for generations.
In your opinion, not fact. Now stop being such a big drama queen.
I know you think it's the best thing since sliced bread but I'm staggered that you don't feel an inkling of dread when institutions like the CBI have asked for an indefinite delay to Brexit?

See that nice Vince Cable thinks "Brexit may never happen."
Now there's a man we all sit on the edge of our seats waiting for his next comment:facepalm:

The CBI is not a neutral voice and has only asked for the UK to remain in the Single Market until an exit deal comes into force.
