One result shouldn’t change anything. We could win 5-0 tonight and whilst that would be a great result, the concerns I have about him will remain. It will take a longer period of time, and for our approach on the pitch to change, before my opinion changes.
Isn’t this a prime example of confirmation bias? Previous results (e.g no win in 4) will act as evidence that prove your doubts, yet 3 wins in a row and 1 defeat in 9 is taken one result at a time as a one off and not proof to dispel your concerns?
Genuine question, how long is a “longer period of time” would you say? 10-15 games? Longer?
