Was questioning the decision to bring him on if not fit but well done stir rock. Pleased for Barry and Fred, great second half

If ever they wanted to make a soap football programme they would look no further than Southend. Crippled by debt, Chairman hated by most, regular season ticket to the High Court, transfer embargo, half the team injured, playing a team that has won all 3 away league games, one goal down and then they throw on a man who has been out injured for a year and a half and an old flame who has come back to his original love and they both do the business late in the game to send the home fans away happy. You just couldn't make it up! That's why we all love the mighty Blues.

This sums it up for me. Best game I've seen in years.

I never doubted Barry Corr.

Did you know that as well as being the best striker in the lower leagues, Barry Corr also had a leading role in all six Star Wars films? He played "The Force".

Interesting. Did you know that Barry Corr never jumps? He just repels the Earth with his feet.

I'm not sure that's necessary. I admit to having very strong doubts, but praise where praise is due both to the man himself and to Ben Clarkson, they kept at it and now hopefully BBBC can repay the trust that the club placed in him by renewing his contract. He is a lovely bloke and I couldn't be happier for him.

Great too see big Barry back on the pitch.Once he is fully fit he will be a big player for us this season. We defiantly missed him last year.

Many thanks and a big well done to Ben Clarkson who I trust found great satisfaction and reward for the tireless hours he has spent patching up BBBC.

What makes it all the better is it's such a great goal as well. Watching it again with the cross in mid-air there is no way he is favourite to score from such a wide angle. He manages to get such pace on the header though that the keeper can't get across in time. Great great header. BBBC is back!!

B. Corr always my best player on Fifa 12 and I don't remember him missing a header on target, he perfect for my 4-3-3 system.
