Freddy has made 29 starts since returning to us, scoring 6 goals in those 29 matches. He's also scored 4 goals in 46 sub appearances.

Massive Freddy and Barnard fan, was thrilled to get them both back, and have spent last season and this one thinking that any minute now they will both start banging in the goals. Unfortunately whenever I have seen them they have looked slow, old, and out of the game. Its okay saying "when we play the brown way" they will bang them in, but havent we been doing that all season?
Always will be legends in my eyes but I think its time we looked elsewhere and bought in some fresh blood, keep Corr as hes a good league two targetman, but the midfield have had enough time to work out ways to link up with Freddy and barnard, and havent. We need runs off the ball, someone who can gel with Corr, some pace, and options on the bench to make changes for the better. You look at the bench and dont see anything thats gonna make a difference.
we have some good players, if we keep them we've got a chance, but as much as I disliked pretty much everything about Burton, their two strikers were dangerous. Just imagine if we had our current squad and two like that up front with Corr and a young pacy striker coming off the bench to hold up play and score a set piece/run fast at tired defences.
