Good work by James Degale to get into the final of the middleweight boxing.

Indeed I saw the first 3 rounds before i left for work, and Degale mullered him in the third round. What's most impressive is he's lost 4 times to the irish fella and only beaten him once before.

Damn shame about Shanaze Reade, but she's that sort of rider, 3 crashes in the competition. She rides so hard and takes risks, the french lass was a more steady rider.

Looks like we'll finish 5th in the medal table at worst and definitely ahead of the convicts. Still some chances in the womens 4 x 400m relay and James Degale in the boxing.
