Why would an estate agent want to buy a football club which has plans to relocate and build homes on both sites?
That literally doesn't matter... They don't have to say "it's a final warning" if we do not have the money to pay or proof something is happening... We are gone.I'll repeat just once more for those at the back.
The 12th us not a final hearing with the court.
If anyone can find any evidence to suggest otherwise, I'm more than happy to conceded.
Cool Ben.That literally doesn't matter... They don't have to say "it's a final warning" if we do not have the money to pay or proof something is happening... We are gone.
Please understand that.
The last court hearing was adjourned due to progress of sale. If it all falls through due to Ron being a ****er they won't hesitate
Well no but after 25 years having to put up with ron, it would be nice to have change from bloudy property developers/chancers who got no interest in football side of things. The same reason anyone buys a business.
To turn a profit.
You think Kimura are some altruistic charity case?
You are telling me you won't be nervous if we go back to court?Cool Ben.
See you back here on the 13th.
Its not an if Ben.You are telling me you won't be nervous if we go back to court?
And surely that concerns you?Its not an if Ben.
We will be back In court.
It's a condition of the winding up order.
Still a few weeks between now and then.
But no. Not nervous.
The judge can, at any hearing, grant HMRC's petition. A final warning is not a pre-requisite.I'll repeat just once more for those at the back.

3 weeks to go until the season starts and no new players through the door..
I really don't know what you expect![]()
So no company has ever been wound up unless the judge has given a final warning? Seems a little pointless in going to court as defendant won't take seriously until the judge issues a final warning.I'll repeat just once more for those at the back.

I thought he started off as a photo copier salesman then went into estate agency.I'm not his biographer but I don't think he was. Happy to stand corrected if you'd like to share it.
One emoji would suffice if you can.
Sounds great "eventually we will be alright"Please don't worry about what concerns me.
I think the club will be sold eventually and we'll be alright.
I'm not sure why me being optimistic about it is of such concern, but then, you are equally entitled to your opinions.
Agree to disagree?

I recall Anna Firth stating on one of the zoom calls she was surprised with her experience we got a final warning last time. I took that to mean we were very lucky to not be wound up at that time.
Happy to be corrected, but I think the chance of being wound up is a little higher than 0% without a final warning.
Fortunately I've not had the experience such a court case personally so happy to be seated at the back and proven to be overly concerned about the 12th. I suspect we will survive to live another day, but only because there is still a belief a sale can still be achieved.

I know not reply to me but I do agree we will most likely be sold and survive upcoming dates. Please don't worry about what concerns me.
